Founded in 2017 by Camilo Lopez Dolphin School of Real Estate has come a long way from its beginnings in a home office, in Tampa Bay, FL. When Camilo first started out, his passion for real estate and teaching drove him to do intense research, learn coding and gave him the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into to an online real estate school. We now serve students all over Florida and are thrilled to be a part of the always successful wing of the real estate industry.

Dolphin School of Real Estate is registered and licensed by the State of Florida as a real estate school and is authorized by the state to provide education to real estate licensees looking to renew their licenses and individuals looking to obtain a real estate license for the first time.
